This meeting has been arranged to celebrate the
International Year of Astronomy in 2009 commemmorating the invention of the telescope 400 years ago.

The canteen will be open for tea/coffee etc from 10.30 and for lunch from 13.20 to 2pm.
In addition a special visit to the Whipple Museum of the History of Science
has been arranged for the morning of Thursday, 9th July folowed by a visit to
the Cambridge University radio telescope facility at Lords Bridge.
There is no charge for this meeting.
