Index to Statues in the Oxford University Museum

• 22. John Phillips (1800 - 1874) geologist, 1st Keeper of the University Museum
• 23. William Smith (1769 - 1839) one of the 'fathers of geology' created 1st geological map of Great Britain
• 24. James Watt ( 1736 - 1819) Engineer improved efficiency of steam engines
• 25. George Stephenson (1781 - 1848) Engineer who worked on steam powere locomotiev and devised effective rail tracks
• 26. Sir Joseph Prestwich (1812 1883)Geologist and archaeologist
